Q&A
Clarifying any doubts!
Cannot access to the platform.
Browser cache may trick you!
The issue might be related to your browser cache, forcing refresh of your web, makes it work

If at any moment you get to the page like the one above or your platform visualisation somehow gets stuck, please, just force refresh your browser:
on windows os: ctrl+shift+f5
on mac os: command+shift+R
Cannot see any data
If at any moment you stop seeing the data of your airline, but you still have access to your platform (you are logged in - so not a problem of 'cannot access to the platform'), then it may be due to the fact that you have hidden your airlines data.

In order for you to see the airlines data, the 'airline button' in your OFFICER/DESIGNER/ADMIN menu should be green!
What is the yellow warning sign next to the message on the timeline?

NOTE: the warning sign has a tooltip (hover and stay) to see the explanation of any of it:

In fact, the yellow warning sign means that the data has not been received in the chronological order, therefore, not processed in the chronological order. The real-time platform may be impacted by such messages, especially with the IFTs that could be created on the reception of the message. So that it can lead to wrong information.
Example:
aircraft is flying
we receive a DFD message about L/G at 8:00. There is an IFT that says : if on ground, alert me. As the A/C is in cruise, then we do not send the alert
we receive the LANDING information at 8:10. But within it, the onboard timestamp is 7:59
In that case, the alert should have been sent, but because of the swap, it is not.
What is the 'clock' icon situated on the right side of the message on the timeline?

That 'clock' icon is there to show you the timeline of the data flow. Just click on that icon to see exact timings:

In the example above, we can see that the REP209 was computed on board of the aircraft a month ago and WILCO started it's processing 24 days after its computation on board.
How to use the custom FlightWatching functions, such as FW.getEvent() or FW.reportFaultCode()?
All about the functions that could be used in your IFTs, you will find in the documentation under IFT V2. Additionally, if you would like to see how any function is working, you could always use the search box situated on the right top of the documentation:

Click on it and start typing any functions you're looking for:

It will search in the whole documentation and will provide you with all the possible responses.
