We could use the doc at the IFT of layout, parameter or the fault code. The code would be similar on any of those. Let's use the doc that was created previously at : FW_DOC_DEMO.
The Doc contains email template, where we could add some of the information from the platform (such as value of parameter). In this example, we will search the information on aircraft/fwot and airport. The email contains also the buttons (Click to view fleet & Click for report) that we would like to connect to an URL from the platform:
Let's create an IFT on reception of the REPORT and send an email using the template that is stored in the doc.
That IFT would send email on reception of the report, with the template defined in Doc to the distribution list (CONSTANT = ATA36_MAIL_DL). The example of that email would be:
-if you'd like to know if any doc is used somewhere at the platform.
Knowing that the Doc could be used on IFTs, you can search for them very easily.
To find any doc that is used at the IFTs, go to Edit IFTs, and start typing it's name in the Search Box located on the top left corner of the display the platform:
Now that you found where the constant is use, you can go ahead and edit the IFT if needed.
