The plugins that on the platform are to be upgraded whenever the reference changes.

upgrade existing plugin

In order to upgrade plugin(s), the good practice is to check what was changed on the server. The first thing to do is to click on the button CHECK UPGRADES (the button changes into CHECK IN PROGRESS) and wait until the check is finished. Let's find the plugin that we have committed under :

The pop up will show up for the confirmation, after clicking OK button, the process of upgrade will start. When it will be finished - the new banner shows up with the instructions to follow:

In order for new modifications to be included in the plugin, the HMI needs to be refreshed. You can either click the red button DONE - PLEASE REFRESH or refresh the page.

The plugin is up to date!

deploy new plugin

NOTE: the name of the plugin should be exactly the same as the plugin created on other server. Plus - it should not be editable!

After creation of the new plugin, it will be now visible on the Edit Plugins list (you may need to refresh the page). The plugin is at that moment empty. Let's take example of the plugin fw.demo, that is bewly created on the new platform:

As presented above, the plugin is locked for edition on that server (the lock icon); the check of the plugin returns that on that server the plugins is being used by 9 airlines, that the reference has changed :

Just as while, click on Filter only local changes situated beside some elements to see only what was locally modified. If you confirm the local changes are not important and could be replaced by the new reference, then click on UPGRADE AVAIL button:

If the plugin is new and does not exist in the visible on the Edit Plugins, then it needs to be created first on the General Configuration - . Follow the procedure of Adding the plugin, but take into account that the name of the plugin should be the same as the plugin committed on the other platform (this is the platform where that plugin is editable) and that the plugin should not be editable here - on the new platform.

Since, we did not choose the airline - it is applicable on all airlines. The plugin is empty and ready to be upgraded. There is no other buttons (such as Filter only local changes). Click on UPGRADE AVAIL button and follow the process as for . The new plugin will have all the elements that were saved in the reference:
