Parameters are firstly created at the moment of creation of layout. And then, at every reception of that layout. Wilco permits to create the IFTs on reception of the parameter!

In order to create parameters - check the description inside of the . In order to edit parameters click on Action and then Edit parameters:
You can search by typing the parameter name, just be specific - capital or small letters count!
You can click on the icon PARAMETER above the parameter name to directly EDIT the parameter.
Or, click on the icon - MODEL to quickly preview the IFT that it contains and then on button EDIT - to go to the PARAMETER EDITOR.
Either way, you get to the PARAMETER page.
Parameter page is composed from 3 sections:

Here you could find the name of the parameter (altitude) along with the type of the aircraft it comes from (A320). On the right side of that information, you have a link to get you back to ALL PARAMETERS display.
Below - you could choose the type of the parameter - NUMERIC/TEXT/JSON. And then fill in some or all the fields in white boxes (min scale, min OK, max OK, mx scale, description).

If the type of the parameter is numeric, the graph will display it's value fleet-wide:
Graph shows the value of parameter (Y axis) versus time (X axis). On the top left, you have the display of different aircrafts and on the top right is the predefined setting of time display of the data, per: day, week, month or a year.
