To manage Users access rights to the platform
When new user registers to the platform and creates an account, it is the administrator that will grant that user right to access to the platform.
In order to do that, enter the Users on General Configuration:
New Users profile will show as FREE, with no airline associated to that profile.
Click on email address of new user to set its profile:
There is only 2 steps to follow in order to grant access to the user:
set the profile.
Choose between:
FREE - NO access
READONLY - read only access.
No modification actions are possible, only reading the platform and it's data.
OFFICER - see officers rights described in Basic User Manual
On top of read-only profile, officer has rights to modify some of its content (such as insert comments, messages in timeline, use the uplink feature...)
DESIGNER - see the designers rights described in Designer User Manual
ADMIN - described in this chapter
set he airline that the user is allowed to visualize
Choose between airlines registered to the platform (see the airline registration process) and make sure that user has rights to see that airlines data. If no airline is chosen, that user will not see any data.
